creating elegant but simple pathways for organizations since 2001

From working with Fortune 100 companies with multinational tech consulting client Accenture to forming Dash Advantage to work with small business and nonprofit organizations after Hurricane Katrina, David has worked to leave the world a better place for members of marginalized and underrepresented groups.  He has experience working with a variety of organizations including educational institutions from "diapers to diplomas."  David brings joy, passion and a unifying and focused perspective to any engagement.  He especially loves leveraging his knowledge of pop culture to translate complex and diverse ideas to a great cross section of our society through speaking engagements and facilitation.

David earned his MBA from Western Governors University and his B.S. in Management (with concentrations in Information Systems and Human Resources) from Case Western Reserve University.  He currently serves on several non-profit boards, including as Chair of Louisiana Center for Children's Rights.  David is a Trainer with the People's Institute for Survival and Beyond and a Featured Speaker with the Silverback Society.
